What is a Doula?
The word "doula" comes from ancient Greek, meaning "a woman who serves." Today, a doula refers to a professionally trained companion who supports another person through significant health-related experiences, such as childbirth, miscarriage, induced abortion, stillbirth, or non-reproductive experiences.

LABOR & DOULA SUPPORT
Becoming a parent is a one in a lifetime experience! We understand how important it is to find a team that understands and supports your birth preferences. We'll support you from pregnany and beyond.Whether you're new here, or have been down this road before, our services are customizable to your needs .
WOMB WELLNESS/BELLY BINDING SESSION
Belly binding is a sacred traditional practice that provides support and healing benefits for the womb.
Your ABCS Womb Wellness Session starts with a sacral massage with ABCS's all natural handcrafted blend of Calendula Infused Essential Oils Blend. After the massage, your Belly Binding Instructor will begin wrapping your abdomen with a 100% Muslin cloth to your desired stopping point (naval or rib cage) while teaching you how to correctly bind yourself so you can safely continue this practice.
CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION
At ABCS, we believe that your knowledge is your power. We offer refreshers for parents that have been down this road before and full courses that'll provide you with resources and education from A to Z! We encourage you to bring your partner and get educated! Feel free to attend in person or virtual.

PLACENTA ENCAPSULATION
Research has shown that Placenta Encapsulation has so many benefits for you during your postpartum journey! We use the safest method of placenta encapsulation: Traditional Chinese Method (TCM) to ensure the quality and freshness of your placenta transformation. We also offer Placenta Tinctures, Umbilical Cord Keepsakes, and Placenta Prints!
CERTIFIED CAR SEAT SAFETY CHECK
At ABCS we care for your little one's safety in and out the womb. Our technicians are nationally certified in Child Passenger Safety. We will educate you on car seat installation, harnessing safety and requirements, and provide you with the most updated laws regarding car seat safety in your area. Our goal is to provide you with the confidence and education that your baby is safe while on the road.
Feel free to have a partner attend! Whether it's your significant other, babysitter, family member, or friend.
